I.Description Of Treadmill Display Window
1. SPEED: The speed range is 1-12km/h.
2.TIME: Displays the elapsed running time or countdown time (0:00~99:59 MIN). Once the time has elapsed past 99:59 MINS, you may press the + key to reset it back to 0:00.
3. DISTANCE: Displays the total distance traveled or distance countdown (0.0-99.9 km).
4. CALORIES: Displays total calories burned or calories countdown (0-999 CAL).
5. Heart rate:The heart rate is 50-200.(It is for reference only and cannot be used as medical data)
6. TRACK:Display number of runway turns:0-999.
II.Function Keys
1. START/STOP:Insert the Safety Key into the console and press START to start the treadmill. The treadmill will initiate at the default running speed of 1km/h. Press STOP to bring the running belt to a stop.
2. SPEED +/- KEYS: During use, use these +/- keys to increase or decrease your speed. The speed will adjust 0.1km/h at a time.
3. PROG (PROGRAM) BUTTON: Press the PROG button while the treadmill is not running to manually cycle through and choose a program. Programs range from P1-P2-P3-P4-P5-P6-P7-P8-P9-P10-P11-P12
-FAT.(“FAT” is the body fat test mode, others are fixed programs).
4. MODE: Press this button to choose which Countdown Mode to preset before starting the treadmill. 0:00 is the FREE Mode,30:00 is the TIME Mode, 1.00 is the DISTANCE Mode, and 50.0 is the CALORIES Mode. Press the SPEED +/- keys to increase or decrease from the set data and/or press the START button to start this exercise.
5. 4KM/H, 8KM/H (QUICK SPEED KEYS): Use these quick speed keys to instantly bring the running belt to the desired speed of 4KM/H or 8KM/H.
III.Fixed Program Instructions
1.Mode description: Target mode, which includes: time inverted counting mode, distance inverted counting mode, and calorie inverted counting mode.
2. Program description: A.12 fixed procedures: P1-P12.

IV. Start Instructions
1. Attach the safety lock to the safety lock switch position on the panel.
2. Press Start, the speed window displays: 3-2-1, and each minus buzzer calls before starting the motor.
V. Target Mode
1. How to enter the target mode:
① turns on the power switch and goes directly into free mode.
② In standby state, press mode to select the relevant target mode.
2. Three setting functions in target mode: time setting, distance setting, and calorie setting.

3.Operation of the target mode:

VI.Fixed Program

2. Press the Start button, the motor starts to run, and the speed slowly increases to the speed marked in the first paragraph of the automatic program (see the program value table for details);
3. After starting, the speed can be adjusted by pressing the speed button or button during running;
4. Each program is divided into 20 segments, and each running time is 1 / 20 of the set time;
5. Machine beep three times when switching between segments;
6. The setting time decreases to zero, the speed slowly decreases until it stops, the buzzer sends a short sound Bi-Bi-Bi-Bi-Bi, the window displays:0.00, and returns to standby.
VII.Dual-mode Bluetooth Function
This treadmill with dual-mode Bluetooth module, can connect the treadmill through mobile APP (Kinomap, Zwift, FITLOG) to control the treadmill, or connect Bluetooth play music, the treadmill as Bluetooth speaker.
The connection method is to turn on the Bluetooth of the mobile phone, and find the device named "FS400" in the scanned device to click the name.
VIII. Folding instructions
Folding treadmill: lift the running table with your hand, rotate the plum knob clockwise, the knob inserted into the main frame of the installation hole.
Put down the treadmill: support the running table by hand, rotate the plum blossom knob counterclockwise, and gently put down the running table.
WARNING:The running belt must be completely stopped before folding.
